Economic factors as well as population growth are often considered as good indicators for predicting future property growth, however, planning policies as well as living habits often have a far greater influence on house prices than is often realised. During this interview we will be speaking with Terry Walsh from the Urban Development Institute of Australia (SA Division). Here Terry will tell us about the land availability issues across Adelaide and how this may affect house prices in the future.
